I received the 10" chocolate cake and prayer for my birthday. It was everything a pond cake should be; dense, moist and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I put some slices in the freezer, and not only did they thaw beautifully, they retained all the moist sweetness of fresh. I took the framed quote (from Katherine Hepburn) and have placed it on my desk so that I'll always remember to be nicer to myself. I am happy to have such a unique and thoughtful gift and can't wait to send it to others who need a lift. As I was looking for away to bless a dear friend I could not think of a better blessing than a Cake and a Prayer. I ordered the Cake and it was delivered the next day. And I got a call the next day expressing true joy on recieving the unexpected gift on love.

I received a Cake and a Prayer from my children on mother’s day. It was indeed a heartfelt gift I can display that reminds me of their love everyday! I sliced the cake, placed the slices in the freezer and enjoy a delicious slice whenever I get the taste for something sweet. I just pop a slice in the microwave and it is fresh and moist as if it came out of the oven! This is my go to gift from now into the future, no more flowers! Last week I placed an order as an appreciation to a friend for her display of love and kindness. The texture and taste of the cake clearly indicate that it was made from high quality ingredients. It had just the right level of sweetness. I was pretty darn sad when it had all been eaten. The pairing of the cake with functional gifts that last long after the cake is gone - like a picture frame and cake knife and server - is a really nice touch. The quality of both the frame and utensils is outstanding as well. The utensils are dishwasher safe and really pretty. The rose gold looks gorgeous on any table.

I have never received such a lovely gift of a delicious and moist lemon pound cake. When I opened the signature bag I was surprised and delighted to find a beautifully boxed gorgeous cake and a gold framed personalized scripture and a lovely set of gold cake knives. Even the ribbons and card attached were simply beautiful. The cake didn't last a week at my house but I will always have these thoughtful and priceless mementos that came with my cake. I am grateful and blessed that I received this generous gift and want to thank Julie and the team at Cake and a Prayer and for this blessed concept of pouring love attention, and prayer into each and every cake.

What an amazing presentation. I was blown away when the package arrived. The gold plated frame with scripture enclosed warmed my heart. I received the lemon pound cake which was moist and absolutely scrumptious. A cake and a prayer such a beautiful concept and truly beautiful presentation of sweets.

The chocolate pound cake is so moist and the hint of coconut is delicious. I sent one as a gift and after they raved about how much they appreciated the gift and how good the cake was, I ordered one for myself. I ordered the large cake and put slices in the freezer so I can enjoy the rest later.

These candles are delightful - the scent is just enough...not overpowering but fills the air with a nice smell. My favorite is Encouragement.

Best oatmeal cookies ever

Wow! Received this amazing gift with a frame and scripture after being diagnosed with lung cancer. It lifted my spirits and the cookies are soooo good! What a unique and beautiful idea!

Not only does this body wash smell divine, but it also left my skin feeling incredibly soft and hydrated. Unlike other body washes that can leave my skin feeling stripped or dry, this formula is ultra moisturizing. I can't recommend it highly enough!
