Due to the perishable nature of our pound cakes and other desserts, we do not accept returns on these items. 

Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our pound cakes and other desserts, we do not accept returns on these items.   If you receive a perishable product that is damaged or not up to our quality standards:

1. Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide Documentation: Send us a photograph and description of the damaged or unsatisfactory item.
3. Resolution: We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, based on the specific circumstances.

Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable items, such as framed words of inspiration, home fragrances, and bath and body products, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

To return or exchange non-perishable products:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of your purchase to initiate the return process.
2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
4. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by sending you the correct item or refunding you for the missing item.
